Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the High Seas Charters website, booking services, or participating in any charter experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

High Seas Charters reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

 

Booking & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.

All guests may be required to review, accept, and complete any waivers, agreements, or documentation prior to the charter date.

Failure to complete required documentation before departure may result in delays, denial of boarding, or cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 
It is agreed by both parties that in event this agreement is cancelled all amounts paid will be nonrefundable. An alternate date should be chosen upon vessel availability.

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, as determined solely by the captain or crew, guests may be offered the option to:

• Reschedule the charter, subject to availability

Weather-related decisions are made with guest safety as the highest priority.

Arrival Policy

Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 20–30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time and may not qualify for refunds, credits, or schedule extensions.

 

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Following all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew

• Respecting the yacht and onboard equipment

• Any intentional damage caused during the charter experience

High Seas Charters reserves the right to terminate a charter without refund if unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful behavior occurs onboard.

Depending on the selected charter experience, amenities may include:

• Licensed Captain & Crew

• Fuel

• Ice & Water

• Snorkeling Equipment

• Floating Mat

• Bluetooth Sound System

• Complimentary Beverages

Specific inclusions may vary by charter package.

Liability Disclaimer

All guests participate in charter activities at their own risk.

High Seas Charters shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

• Delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances

• Incidents resulting from guest negligence or failure to follow instructions
